Rialto residents aim to overturn City Council’s Pepper Avenue Specific Plan warehouse amendment with ballot measure
According to state law, 10% of registered voters in the city must sign a petition for it to be placed on an election ballot in 2024. Petition organizers say their aim is 6,000 signatures
